A family living room, Basavanagudi

Every home keepsa chronicle.

(01)  The studio

A home should read like a well-kept chronicle. Every room a chapter, every material chosen to age with grace, every detail remembered. From our studio in Banashankari we design interiors that feel calm, warm and entirely yours, then build them, end to end.

Layered limewashed arches receding into soft light
A pleated lamp casting warm shadows across a cream wall

Design that ages well.We work with stone, timber, lime and linen, materials that soften and deepen with every year you live with them.

(04)  How a chronicle is written

Four turns, one shape.

I.

Listen

We begin at your table, not ours. How you wake, host, work and rest becomes the brief, along with the light, the site and the budget.

II.

Draw

Plans, elevations and hand sketches, then detailed 3D views. We revise until every line earns its place, and you can walk the home before it exists.

III.

Source

Materials are chosen in daylight, at full size: stone, timber, lime, linen and brass. Joinery is drawn in-house and made by craftsmen we have trusted for years.

IV.

Build

Our site team delivers turnkey, on a fixed schedule. Every week you receive a short chronicle of progress, with photographs, until the keys are yours.

(05)  Material pairings

Two halves,one room.

Our mark is a single half-circle, turned and paired. So is our palette: materials chosen in twos, so each one makes the other warmer.

Oak & LinenWarmth, softened
Travertine & TerracottaEarth, in two tones
Lime & OchreLight that moves
Pine & HandloomGrain and weave
(06)  What we do

From first sketchto final cushion.

One studio, one point of contact, from the first conversation to the day you move in.

(07)  The people
A small studio,by design.

We keep the studio small so that the people who meet you are the people who draw your home. Designers, draughtsmen and site leads work around one table in Banashankari, and every project is led by a principal from the first sketch to handover.
